I’m Octavia Carson, The First-Class Attorney®. I am licensed in California and Washington, D.C., with more than five years of experience in trademark law. I’ve served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Board of Immigration Appeals, taught legal writing and criminal procedure as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and worked as an associate attorney in employment and consumer rights law. I bring that diverse legal background to every client interaction, combining real legal strategy with a personalized, professional touch.
