I am Octavia Carson, The First-Class Attorney™. I’m an experienced trademark attorney dedicated to helping creatives and entrepreneurs protect and grow their brands. My passion for intellectual property began in law school, where I studied IP, Sports Law, Entertainment Law Transactions, and Music Law. I went on to work with a boutique firm specializing in trademarks and brand strategy before I started my own private practice in 2021. Through my firm, I have supported creative agencies, media companies, and small businesses with trademark registration, monitoring, business formation, and brand protection contracts.
